Annual Holiday lunch at Capital Grille
Debbie began her career at BF&EC in 1989 in sales. She became Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 1994 and in 2000 was promoted to President and CEO.
She was the first female Chairperson of the Commercial Finance Association, served as treasurer and trustee of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation, and as a board member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association , ACG Boston, and the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge. She has a BS from Skidmore College and an MBA from Boston University.
FUN FACT: Debbie runs a successful home business making mustard under the label SpicyGirl Mustard.

James L. Beauregard
Executive Vice President, CFA
Jim has been analyzing and recommending high-risk finance deals for BF&EC where he began as a Credit Analyst in 1991. Prior to that Jim worked as an Equity Specialist on the floor of the Boston Stock Exchange for the Pershing Division of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette from 1989 to 1991. Jim received his BS and MBA in Finance from Suffolk University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
FUN FACT: Jim has completed summiting all (48) New Hampshire's 4000ft mountains while in his 50s. Here he is at the summit of Mt. Washington...and his new AMC badge of honor! Congrats to Jim!
David Boyajian
CFO & Treasurer
David has been with BF&EC since 1989 and before that, he held positions as VP and Controller and prior to joining BF&EC was employed with New York Life Insurance Co.
Mr. Boyajian holds a BS in Business Administration from Suffolk University, as well as an AS in Accounting from Champlain College.
FUN FACT: David is an avid animal lover and recently rescued a beautiful Zuchon (mix of Bichon Frisé and Shih Tzu) named Jasper and quickly became best friends. Click here to see him in action!
Vallerie Gamble
Vice President, Contracts
Vallerie has worked for BF&EC for 17 years. She started off as a data entry clerk, and after 8 months became a Lease Administrator. She quickly rose up through the ranks and is currently a Vice President of Contracts.Prior to working at BF&EC she worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Bank of Boston. Vallerie is the office Jack of All Trades.
FUN FACT: Vallerie is a licensed cosmetologist.
Pat Ayotte
Accounting Manger
Pat has been employed at BF&EC since 2001. Prior to that she worked 20 years with American Computer Group as an Accounting Specialist in charge of billing and inventory control, a related company to BF&EC.
FUN FACT: Pat enjoys crocheting and taught herself to crochet amigurumi animals.
