Referrals account for a significant portion of the deals we have done. We appreciate and compensate brokers and referrers who bring us viable prospects. If your referred company returns for additional leases, we compensate you on those too.

 

Once we have spoken with you and determined the deal has potential, we ask that you introduce Boston Financial as the funding source, preferably with a C-level contact at the company.

For consideration on a deal, please send us:

  • Up-to-date financial statements

  • Projections and executive summary

  • Pitch deck

  • Equipment quotes

  • Investor summary and/or capitalization table

Elements of a typical lease

  • Terms: 24-36 months

  • Transaction size: $100,000-$1.5 million

  • Lease line availability: 6-12 months

  • Industries range from life science and energy to technology and manufacturing
